MEP then back to "We do not need your medical exam...."

Hi there, my AOR is Nov 17, 2022 and this morning my status changed to MEP, and I just logged in just now, it changed back to "We do not need your medical exam....", I used my previous medical exam from 2020, any thoughts on it? Thanks!
