Hi,

Are you sure if I used the words "Refusal History"?

Page 3/Background Information/Point 2

Here's the answer: It asks if you've been refused a CANADIAN visa, and it also asks whether you were ORDERED to leave Canada or any other country. it does NOT ask whether you were refused a VISA for any other country!!!
Hope that clears your doubt.

I would like to request everyone on this forum that please do NOT spread misinformation on this forum for anyone who needs help. Until and unless you are sure of what you are saying, please mention the words 'I THINK' as a prefix to your answers! Cheers!

ur wrong
" Have you ever been refused any kind of visa, admission or been ordered to leave canada or any other country?"

it asks you if you were refused any kinds of visa, admission, or been ordered to leave canada or any other country

IN MY OPINION...the part of 'any other country' applies ONLY to the question of being ordered to leave a country, not visa refusal! you need to read 'leave canada or any other country' together to understand what I am trying to say. Peace

Did you ever send a question to ask CIC about what you are thinking?
Because sometime some other guys in the family class was considered misrepresentation just because they declare wrong information about the the refused visa or refused admission.
Hopefully, anyone know the exact information from the CIC can answer us this question.
