Do I need to mention any other job other than my full time job in CEC. Its just 5 hr/week . I do it for extra money.It doesn't come under any NOC

If it's skilled yes, if not no. However, ALL jobs must be mentioned in the background dec.

All jobs have an NOC. If it is not skilled, tho, you don't need to mention it on the Economic Class application form. You do need to mention it on your Background Declaration.
