mentioning old ee profile details in new ee application

Hi Friends,

I have created ee application last year with noc code 2171 by mistake, however i withdrawn that profile because of low crs score. (i never received any ITA).

Now I am creating new ee application with correct noc code 2172.

While filling new ee application there is a question about old / previous application details.

Has applicantxxx applied to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada before?
Do I need to select Yes or No.

Is it about just ee profile or any old PR applications that we submitted

if I mention yes and provide those old details(express entry file number etc.), will it cause any problem because of different NOC between old and new ?

please suggest.

You didn't apply, just showed interest.
No need to mention previous profile.

It is considered an application when you have uploaded the documents and paid for the process.
