Can somebody suggest me good universities with a good ranking and having a [size=20pt] fee less than 10k CAD[/size].I want to apply for master in Electrical Engineering. Plz tell universities with easiest criteria since i have low cgpa in my undergrad studies.

No need IELTS for admission. if you have graduate from good university where entire course taught in English.

The 'prominent' univs. and those which r in 'major cities' will cost u a bomb. As others have opined - try the lesser known univs./cities... some of them might be closer to ur price range, if not exactly.

Are you confortable going to remote places?

if yes, I'd recommend you to , Prince Edward island, Nova Scotia, University of Winnipeg and Manitoba
