Guys, what happens if because of one employer's insufficient reference letter, you lose some CRS points but are still above the cut off of your draw? If you meet all other criteria like having continuous employment for 1 year from another employer with correct NOC and reference letter, could that still be grounds for rejection?

You will be fine as long as your CRS is above the cutoff line. And keep in mind you can only claim CRS points with the job experience that you can prove with reference letters.
