Hi folks,

I'm taking my two year old daughter for her medical this weekend and there is some confusion as to whether or not I need to take along with us photos of her. I've read somewhere that you need to take 5 recent photos taken over the last six months, but then I've read the photo specification in Appendix B, follwed by the medical form Appendix C. Which photos do I need to take with us, if any at all? Thanks gang! ;)

You will need to take photos that adhere to the specifications in Appendix B - usually people get the a sufficient number of the photos they will send in with their application to cover the needs of the DMP.

The number of photos that a DMP will ask for seems to vary from one to another. Ours asked for five! I think that was excessive, but whatever. You need to determine how many you need to send to CIC with the application and then ask the DMP how many copies they want for their use. Just so you know, you can easily get them done at someplace like WalMart - anywhere they do passport photos. Just take the spec sheet with you so they know the dimensions.

we're getting our medicals done next week in england.
i got photos done to the specifications in appendix B for us
13 each!! the DMP is asking for 5, the rest are for the immigration forms
