Dear Experts,

I have a question related to immigration.

I have filed for immigration on (nov 2009 ). I was on study permit during that time.

I got acknowledgement on (jan 2010 ) -

They moved my application to Newyork office on ( july 2010 )

The status changed to in process on (oct 2010).

Now i am waiting for my medicals. But there is no update after the status changed to in process.

My question:

I have completed my studies in Sep 2010 and i got my open work permit. I got my SIN also.

Do i need send this info to immigration office?

or do i need to wait until then ask for any further documentation...

Please let me know..

Your WP and PR application can run in parallel. You shhould inform CHC about your status change.

Write a cover letter explaining that your status have changed from student visa to WP and attach a copy of WP and other employment docs

This is the open work permit, what are the employment documents that i need to send?
