Medicals- info and help

Dear members,
members please let us know more about details and informations on medicals,
like *when will a normal fsw applicant get medical letter
*and how long is the medical letter valid( once i receive the medical letter what is the late date to complete the medicals?)
*and once the medicals are done how long are they valid ?
members please give your valuable facts and comments on this

Hi PRmalr,
* You will get the medical request once CIC will access your application fully with complete documents (including application, credentials, PCC) and interview is done (if required by CIC)
* You need to send back medical within 60 days of receipt of the medical request other wise they will close the file unless you inform them cause of delay
* The validity of the medical examination determines the validity of the visa. Both are valid for twelve months from the date of first medical examination or test. Applicants whose assessment has not been completed within 12 months, will require a new and complete medical examination.

thanks a lot for the reply and it is of great help and answers most of the doubts i have
as you said applicants whose assessment has not been completed within 12 months will require a new complete medicals-- i dont get this point what does this mean if you explain me it will be of great help

that means tht if ur case is not ready due to prevailing secuirty checks nd ur meds expire than u hv to undergo anopther med exam
