Medicals in Canada for Outland Applications

Hello,
My fiancee is from Brazil. We are getting married this summer in Canada and then sending in the paperwork. We are going to do the outland application because it might be faster.
I'm confused about the medical, can he get it done after we are married while he's on a tourist visa in Canada or does he have to get it done in Brazil? We were hoping he could just do the medical here in Canada instead of flying back home.
Can we go to the medical before we send in the application or do we have to wait for them to give us information after they recieve our documents?

Yes you can do the medical in Canada. Just look through the list of physicians you can use on CIC website.

And yes you need to send in the medical receipt with the original application you send to Mississauga.
