Hello,

Can I still use my medical for Outland even though I've already used it for Inland? It's still valid though, we're lodging a new application this time it's OutlAnd. Thanks in advance!

I dont think it would be a problem. Your medical office where you had your medical done uploads it to the cic database and can be used again within a year. And i recently asked a customer service rep about this and the medical could be done anywhere in the world as long as its with a panel physician. Good luck.

That's what I thought too but mine is kind of different. I'm thinking of using my valid Medicals from a refused Inland app to Outland.. u think it's still ok? Has anyone had the same experience like I do? TIA!

As long as the medical has not reached its one-year expiry date you can reuse it.

It has to stay valid while they process, and until you pick up your PR.
