Medicals Expiring in 3.5 months - WHAT ARE THE BEST WAYS TO WAKE UP NDVO ????

Hi friends,

We are from the FSW1 category and Apr'10 applicants. Medicals were done in Mar'13 and all docs and PPs sent in Mar'13. Till date no news from NDVO.

What is the best way to wake up NDVO and have them work on our case? Will a Fax or Registered post work? I read in this forum posted by many that they sent numerous emails but of no avail. Hence checking all seniors for a good suggestion so we can get the NDVO work on the pending cases!

I see that there are lot of Feb-Apr'10 applicants and/or Feb-Apr'13 medicals done cases waiting for DM and Visas very eagerly. There are many whose medicals expired and waiting for re-medicals. Do not want to end up the same way hence request all the seniors to guide and suggest the best way to alert NDVO about the medical anniversary of our case.

Also, please suggest the FAX NUMBER OF NDVO, email ID & postal address. If possible please also suggest the best content explaining the situation to send the fax/regd. post.

the best way to wake up NDVO is by applying CAIPS, which definitely triggers a response on your file and the VO becomes obliged to look into your file under the RTI (Right To Information)
