How long would the next process take and what is it??

Based on my own experience -

About 5-7 working days - you'll see an update of your file, most likely change your status to "medicals received"

And about 3-4 weeks, they'l mail out passport request

It takes a while for them to change the status online and the next step after medical is to pay RPRF fees but since you've already paid it, the next step is waiting for the passport request to stamp the visa. Let's hope it all happens soon. I got my medical done in October and no updates yet.
