Medicals done..submit passport in Delhi in person ?

I had submitted online for ICT and OWP for my wife from Delhi embassy.
I have received medical request few days back and completed.

Can someone share their experience on how long it takes after submitting the medical reports..to get a call for passport submission in Delhi?

I am located in UAE and my house is in Mumbai. Will I have to submit the passport in Delhi in person ?

You cannot submit the passport in person at Delhi, it has to go through VFS.

Since you are in UAE, you will have to send your passport to VFS, please check if you have a VISA office in UAE and get it stamped there.
