Medicals - documents needed?

I recently got an ITA. What documents are needed when going to a Canadian approved doctor for medicals? Also, does the spouse need to provide any documents or information?

Call the medical clinic where you're looking to get the medicals done. Better if they tell you what's needed rather than us.

Call your clinic, they sometimes require photographs depending on your country, but in general, just the passport for each applicant is essential.
