I applied for perminent residency under category of FSW on May 2010. 2 days ago i recieved an email requesting to do medicals and to pay the right of permenant residency fees from Ankara visa office. Does this mean that visa is mostly issued and how much to wait for it after sending medicals? ????

Well, technically not really.. the visa will be issued after everything is in the clear, that includes medical, security checks and so on. So if you have no Aids or the Plague, you are probably ok. Once you get the email from your office to send passports, then I would assume you are okay.
It took me 6 months from meds done to COPR received. (no visa issued, exempt)
