Hi ! I just want to know the waiting time for the embassy to respond after medical exam has been done and submitted? What are the chances of getting approved or denied visa after medical referral? Thank you so much for your help.

not sure about the time for the embassy to respond, but you would be denied a visa only if you have any serious illnesses (physical or mental) or any other communicable diseases. otherwise you're good !

and yeah, if you are Indian, then you can apply under SPP where you can submit the medicals at the time of submitting the visa application. helps speed it up.

Which embassy or visa office?

at any canadian embassy / consulate in India. This is applicable only in India. The new SPP guidelines allow you to do your medicals beforehand and then apply for your visa (preferably after a week as per the site) . This helps avoid teh delays with the application getting stuck in the consulate waiting for the medicals.
