Hello Everyone!!!

I really need your advice about this...

I read this one in CIC website...

Starting Date for Calculating the 12 Month Validity Period of a Medical Certificate
The medical certificate should be based on the most recent ME done within the previous
12 months. The most recent ME on file will always be the last asssessment that resulted
in a medical profile of admisssibiltiy. Therefore, the starting date for calculationg the 12-
month validity period of a medical certificate is the date of the last medical assessment
on file.

My question is, Last Aug. 10,2012 we had our medical then we receive a medical furtherance for my husband (Principal Applicant) last March 2013 and the result was sent by the physician last April 2013. So according to CIC website

"the starting date for calculating the 12-month validity period of a medical certificate is the date of the last medical assessment on file."

So does it mean the expiration of our medical will be 12 months after the medical furtherance? But why on our PPR request they stated there that our medical will expire on August 10, 2013 (our first medical)?

Please advice... thanks in advance...
