Do we get an email when the medical is cleared.? How long does it take to get an update?

No confirmation. You just get an update in GC account that medical is passed. No time frame. It could take 1 week to number of months, depending when they actually push the update.

Okay. I got my AIP yesterday, was wondering if I get the medical update, then I will be bit relieved before starting my classes online..

It used to be couple of days before, but expect at least 2 weeks gap between communications now.

Thank you, this is helpful. Updates happen only over weekdays or weekends too? As I have time till September 12.

Still Eligibility hasn't started yet

It is most likely started in the background but the status hasn't been updated yet. You'll see a change in a week or so.

Early July applications started getting AIP few days back. You can expect something next week. Which country you are from?

Okay and for sds do ppl get aip right away as soon as eligibility start or there isn't any set pattern?

Hopefully.. all the best, I got mine on Thursday. Waiting for my medical now.
