medical tests for work permit/marijuana smoker

hi guys,im going to do,probably in a few days or so some medical exams,including blood and urine tests.
I´m worried sick that they might test my urine for marijuana,because i usually smoke it two or three times per week.
I really dont want to waste this oportunity.Does anyone have any idea about this subject?
