I have Generalized epilepsy since 2008. I have tried many medicine however for my disease ,the best single medicine was found in 2014. Since then I am taking those and still doctor told me to continue 3 years more . When I appeared in my medical test , I have hidden it fearing that it will fail me the test. Now I am going in May intake and Its compulsory for me to take medication there coz I can't even miss a single day . My question is that can take medication with a prescription letter in canada or they will check my medical report where I misrepresented myself...

Misrepresentation is taken very seriously by IRCC so if found out you could be subject to a long ban from the country.

As for medication you are only allowed to bring 90 days supply after which you would need a prescription in Canada at which point your medical history will become apparent.
