Do they take test other then Tuberculosis (TB)?

Yes. What they check varies by doctor, but they will take your blood, test for HIV at least, and maybe Hepatitis. They also take a urine sample, and do a chest x-ray.
They will ask questions about your health history, and may do further tests if warranted.

depending on answers to your questions you may have further tests. eg, i have two tattoos so had to get hep a and hep b tests too.
