Medical Test in a Country Other than your Residence

I have received my invitation to apply for express entry and I live in Canada right now. I'll be traveling to another country for a month and I was wondering if I can do the medical test there or not? Anybody has done this before?

there was a similar case with another forum member here he/she was from korea and they said they have CIC certified panel physicians if you can find one in your country then it is possible
