Check the following link to determine the Job duties as performed by her. Its the JD which is of importance than the job title......if she can show that she has performed at 80% of the JD then she may apply. Please also note not to "Copy paste" the JD when she is formatting her reference letters.

Sorry cant apply under NOC 2121. medical field is entirely diff from biological field,although both come under science.
Wht type of technologist is ur frnd.only selected few r in demand list.
