My father has recieved the medical survilence form (for inactive tb). He is advised to report to health department within 30 days of arrival. We live in ontario (GTA of toronto).. My question is how much the whole process takes after he contacts to the health department. He is going to live for about 3-4 months i am wondering if that will be sufficient to complete the whole process? Also, does the passport is needed in all the appointments as he need to send it to Ottawa for PR stamping. by the way is coming on super visa currently.
