No specific timeline , Depends on what rating DMP has given , and How much Time RMO will take it to review according to the report sent by DMP , Mine was fast , within 4 days it got updated and DMP found no issues in medicals.

Agreed, there is no predictable trend to ECAS statuses being updated. In my case it changed to Medical Received quickly after upload.
It does not mean that they have not received your medicals it just means someone has not made a change in the system.
