Medical, RPRF and PP request from CHC ND

I received request for Medicals, RPRF and PP request togather from CHC ND. Do we need to give PP and demand draft for RPRF fee to DMP so that he can send all 3 items in same envelope OR do we send PP and demand draft for RPRF fee in one envelope and DMP will send medical report separately in different envelope.

DMP will send across only medicals. You need to courier your pps & rprf draft.

Just needed to add one more thing,,,Send the Receipts (for Medicals done), the RPRF fee DD & PPs by yourself.
The DMP will only send the medicals report directly.

I have sent my medicals and ppts on 26th and RPRF on 31st to CHC New Delhi ..Is this OK ?
