Medical Results question. please help :)

i have a question. I havent done my Application for sponsoring spouse yet because i am still waiting for my medical results.
I called medisys and they said they send my results to ottawa one month ago.
But in the instructions guide for the application is written that i have to send my results with my application. So what do i have to do now? i am confused. i really need to send my application soon, but i havent heard anything from ottowa now.

where does it say that?
the doctor s office won't disclose the results to you but the cic office.
you just need the signed form they gave you.
is this a spousal sponsorship?

i only got a receipt at medisys. Nothing else.
They said they will send all the papers directly to ottawa. Yes its the spouse sponsorship

Unless someone says different...I am positive the doctor's office needs to give you a copy of form IMM 1017. That's what you should submit along with the rest of your papers, not the results. You should call the doctor's office and ask about that form. They probably forgot to give you one.
