Medical results - not received - how case files are updated?

MR from CIC: 4th Nov.
Meds done : 6th Nov
Doctor uploaded results on Nov 8th.
GCMS received on 17th Nov says IME status is received from EMED.
ECAS is not updated.

I called CIC today. Normally, whenever I call CIC centre and the moment I mention CEC PR, the agent says they dont have any information about PR applications processed at CPP-O and that we need to contact CPP-Ottawa directly through email / fax. Fortunately, today I talked to a nice agent who checked the status of my medical exam results. He verified my details (client ID, name, DOB etc) and checked the system if my medicals are in. After a 2 minute search, he told me that results are not yet uploaded in the system.

Are CIC call centre folks checking a different database that does not have access to Emedical / GCMS? Is RMO database different from CIC database? According to chapter 8 of OP 15 (medical procedures) www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/op/op15-eng.pdf ,

The Panel Physician sends the completed IMM 1017E, IMM 5419E and other reports to
the appropriate CIC immigration medical office. After completing the immigration medical
assessment, the CIC medical officer will send a Medical Notification IMM 5365B that
contains the results of the examination to the visa office. This may be done either by fax,
e-mail or electronically through CAIPS or GCMS.

I certainly trust that doctor has uploaded the results. I just want to understand where is my result stuck at?

Folks who completed MR last week have their ecas updated with medical received. Does RMO work on results in which they are received / random order / based on priority given by the visa officer?

maybe its based on priority due to some factors which we may never know.
medical results can take up to 6 weeks or more to get processed by cic medical officer.
ppr can take up to 3 months or more from the medical request date.
there is no exact timeline so the fact that someone got ppr a week after medical is done,does not mean we all will.
just sit tight and hope for a faster processing man

Just wait patiently. Mine took 5 weeks to update my ecas to medical received.
