Medical results have been received

Good day,

My husband submitted his application in late May with all required documentation (FBI, State Check, Marriage Cert, etc.). We received AOR from Buffalo August 16, and hadn't heard anything since. This morning, his e-cas indicated under "In process" that his medicals were received Does anyone know where he stands in the game? Is this nearing completion, or is this insignificant as far as the process goes?

The processing timelines show that Buffalo is currently finalizing spousal sponsorship applications in 4 - 10 months after they're received. "Medicals received" simply means that Buffalo has requested and received the medical results from the Regional Medical Centre in Ottawa, where they were sent by the DMP. It is not an indication that the case is close to completion.

He is almost there. Next, he will receive ppr and the VO will stamp the visa. Are you coming with him?
