Medical Result Missing--Any advice?

I am sponsoring my wife's PR through buffalo office. My file has been in progress since Sep 14 and no updates yet.
Last week I went to the Consulate to check the status. Immigration officer at the counter informed me that they are waiting for the Medical Results. Some reason they do not have it in their system. They however have received the results from my son's medical test. Both the tests were done together.
After waiting close to a week, the consulate officer told me that they were unable to track the results. I was asked to wait and check the status next week.

In the meantime I called the DMP and got the tracking number to show that the results were mailed to Ottawa.

1. Has this happened to anyone? What are my options?
2. Is the DMP supposed to send the results to Ottawa?
3. DMP's office agreed to send a fax with the results again and indicating a quick history on why they were faxing.


Any thoughts? Please advise.

Yes, it occasionally happens. Contact Ottawa, send them a fax or something. The results have to be there. And if they're not, maybe they can tell you where they went and when.
I believe this also happened to julchen_79, she was applying through Berlin. I think the IO tracked down the results in the end.

I'm not sure where you did your medical exam, but if it was in the US or Canada, then sending the results to Ottawa was the right thing for the DMP to do.
