Medical requirement when applying PR within Canada with Alberta PNP nomination

I got Alberta PNP nomination and after that got ITA as well. I living in Canada from last 3.5 years on work permit. After filling all the information in express entry application, I need to upload final documents. There is required document for upfront medical exam proof. Is anybody confirm if anyone file PR with in Canada do we need to go for medical exam or not. We also have 4 year medical exam document which we used for work permit application. Can we use old medical document or we need to go for new medical exam. Please helppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppp

Have read people submitting the previous one, some gets cleared others get another request for remedical.

If you want faster processing, submit new medicals with AOR. With old meds it can go either way.
