medical request

I applied as caregiver online application and already did upfront medical. Now there is a message om myCiC asking for medical. Has anyone experienced this? Maybe it is an automated reply?

It happened to me as well, I just emailed them back with proof that I have had my upfront medical already and that the proof was also attached with my original application. They replied back confirming what I had told them in the email. Although I must say that my application was not as a caregiver. It was for temporary work permit
