So my lawyer has advised that my medical request has a 30 day deadline - along with the RPRF etc
I believe 30 days is standard for RPRF and biodata but for medical? I always thought it was 60 days
The medical cover sheet says 60 days - there is nothing in the email body.
The email body for the RPRF etc says 30 days so that makes sense.

Any thoughts?

So, where did he get the 30 days from?? If the medical sheet says 60?
Anyhow, I would get it done ASAP :)

Gotta wait until my second trimester - I'll be cutting it fine but it should be good!

Second that.

In an email reply from Ottawa, they confirmed that medical request should be completed within 60 days.

However, completing it sooner will be better if cic is only waiting for medical results to make a decision on your application.
