Inform them immidiately about the missing mail. Also cross check ur post box or nearest post office.

Just finished doing this only,
Mail just seems to have lost in transit as all those who are responsible for receiving mails have denied the reception of any such mail.

my case is same like yours. i received post from london visa off on 21st jun2011 with the medical sheets but the letter was sent to me on 24th mar 2011. this means 90 days before. i have been asked by them to submit the PCC + Medicals +FEE in 90 days but now my timelimit is over. what to do?

i just received an email from london vo, stating that they will be resending my med request papers, after re-confirming my postal address.

hope not to loose them this time around.
