Medical Request Letter Lost

Hi there, Please help..

This regarding my father immigration to Canada.. Singapore Office Sent re-medical Form to my addres in canada as I am a representative. (Re-Medical : the previous one is Exp.), I sent the original documents to Bangaldesh by Registard Canada post mail. But unfortunately today is almost 5 weeks the letter not yet been received. The Due date is december 15 and I am sure something happend with this mail.. Please advice what can be done..

>Ask Canada Post to track the mail with the registeration number.
>Contact the letter issuing office and inform them that the letter get lost during mail delivery and please reissue a new letter to you.

Hi All..
The Letter not Yet been Received Canada Post Has been Tracking the letter.. That may Take 2 more months.. CIC Singapore was informed and asked for a new letter, already more that 2 months.. no reply.. Please suggest what can be done more....
