Finally I had a med requested from V.O. V.O mailed to my consultant but hi has changed the address without notifying me and the visa office.He doesn't answer to my e-mails either. So I had to fill and sent (together with med.)to the VO ,the Use of Representative Form for cancelling the appointment of representative.Probably I didn't fill it right this form so it came back to me and the officer wants to clarify it.
Can anyone help me how to fill it up the Use of Representative form for cancelling the appointment of represent?
