Medical Request but did Upfront Medical

Hello everyone,
I applied in March and today I received a request to do medical exam.

I did upfront medical and uploaded it with my application.
Do you think I should go ahead and do medical or raise a web form and ask them if I should be doing a new exam?

also is medical request a good sign?

That's is weird. I am not sure if it works or not, but can you contact your clinic where you took Medicals and request them to re-upload with the IME provided by embassy?
