Normally after how many days applicant receive medical request if they don't upfront? I applied on 19 October, still no request received. Is it a bad sign?

Can you explain why? I have not provided my biometrics because the vfs in my country is closed, but I got the request to submit medicals 20 days after applying. Is that bad?

That means they start to review your application and request medicals.

You got medical request means you are in the good track. More chance to approve.
