Sorry guys .. this was a bit unclear to me while i filled the application, do i have to do the medical check and obtain the report from authorized clinics in Doha and send it with the application to my wife who lives in Canada for her to submit the family sponsorship application in full, or, i have to wait till they request it from me ?

I called the authorized clinic and they told me its ok to perform the medical exam according to canada requirements without a "papers or forms from them", they will give me a letter to attach to my application. that sounds weird ?!

Hi

It's advisable to do the medical exam upfront to avoid any delays in the processing of your file.

They will send the results electronically to CIC and the paper they give you is used to show that you have completed the exam.
