I am applying for a PR through the immigration pathway for Colombians.
I got last week the INTERIM FEDERAL HEALTH CERTIFICATE OF ELIGIBILITY document but I did not get the medical report. How can I know whether there is a problem with my application or why I did not get the medical report form?
If anyone has gone through the same situation or know how to request the form I would I would appreciate it since the physician did not want to book an appointment for me until I get the medical report.
