Medical records (outland US): where do they get sent?

I just got through making the medical appointments for my kids (good lord, it's going to cost $2200 for the 5 of us!) and the person I spoke to said they need to know where to send the paperwork: Ottowa or DC, if they get sent anywhere else, it's an additional $80 shipping.

The appointments are on April 21st, we are getting married April 30th, and sending off the applications the first week of May, so since we won't even have applied yet, I don't know what to tell them.

Thank you. Will there be an issues with CIC "finding" our medicals since we won't have a case number or whatever it's called at that point?

No they will not have a problem finding the results, because when you have the medical done the DMP gives you a reciept that has a serial # on it & your picture which match the serial number and picture that gets sent with the results to Ottawa. Just make sure you include the copy 2 for all of the medicals with your application. Also FYI if you lose the reciept then you will have to redo the exams. They will not accept a photocopy of the reciept only the original. Although for your own records I would make a photocopy of everything you send with you application, jsut so you have everything in case there are any questions later.
