I'm sure the answer is right in front of my face, I'm just not finding it.

I will have to travel to get my medical exam done as nobody in my country is approved. Spending a weekend in St Maarten really isn't a bad thing though!

Are the forms online? I cannot find them ANYWHERE? Or does the doctor have all the approved forms? What is this process like? Can someone walk me through it?

I am terrified of going to the Doc by the way...... And have always needed my hand held! :o

Alright, just called the Doc and hopefully have that set up and have my answers, no worries lets hope.

I guess what I want to know now is if they receive my medical BEFORE my application if that will be an issue?

They wont receive it before your application, most applicants do their medical months in advance. My understanding is it normally goes to a centralized immigration office (ie in europe I know it goes to Paris). From there when your application goes into second stage approval and its sent to the VO for approval, they request your results based on the copy 2 of your medical report that you provide them with your application. This way there should be no mix up or it hanging around a local VO until your application arrives.

The forms itself should be with your region specific application. It's not so much a medical form as it is an information sheet you bring to the doctor, of which he uses that to fill out the Immigration medical forms he has on hand. The medical itself is standard.... basic yearly checkup if you have been for one... minor poking/ proding, blood test, x-rays, peeing in a cup... etc etc. Nothing out of the ordinary.
