Can I do my medical to any clinic of my choice as long as it is approved by the Canadian Immigration? Or do I have to go to the clinic that they (Buffalo) advise me? Thanks for your response.

Go to this page and find out which doctors are listed in your area.

You need to select one of them. check whoever 2-3 near by you and ask for medical price as well. everybody is having different rate.
