Hi All

Its written on CIC website that we need to fill in report number given by designated medical practitioner in e-APR form.
I was filling the profile form for PR, but it never asked and I have reached at a state where I have to only upload docs.
So I am confused, if I have missed anything?
where does it come to fill the report number in e-APR?
Please guide.

I don't know where you read that.

You only need to upload the eMedical information sheet which the panel doctor gave.

You don't need to enter a report number in the questionnaire.
