Hi guys from my understanding medical photos/immigration photos should be 35mm by 45mm. The photographer says he knows people who did passport sized photos for medicals. Whats the right size for medical photos?

no...they are very specific for medical forms....you need to go by the guideline in the CIC document.......they specifically say passport photos are not accepted........
