Dear All,

I would be highly obliged if you please help me by answering below queries:

  • From Pakistan, Single PCC required or Per-City? on this Forum, read various conflicting opinions that people got rejected by not providing per-city PCCs, yet others got no objection by providing Single PCC, It would be difficult for me obtaining multiple PCC's from each city, I lived (Karachi, Islamabad, Multan), rather easy for me to from my Home-Town, though I currently reside in Abroad.
  • Upfront Medical from home-country of residence?: Can I take upfront Medical from Pakistan, as I have tentative plan to visit Pakistan, though I permanently reside abroad, and Medical Fee is high here ~$350 per adult. Would it be issue, if to provide medical exam from home country, rather than current country of residence?
  • What is the Fee for Medical Exam from Pakistan? some range?
  • I am claiming points for my two work experiences, which are not continuous by time, because between these two experiences, I had other jobs, for which I can't obtain experience letters, so will include them in personal history. The Work Experiences, for which I am claiming points, are as under, you can see GAPS:
    - Mar, 2010 -- Jun, 2012 (NOC 0213)
    - May, 2015 -- Present (NOC 0125)
So no issue while creating express entry profile even?
  • Passport bio-pages or all-pages needed to provide?
  • I have recently renewed my passport, so bearing no stamps, though old passport bears few stamps, which I will mention in past 10-years Travel History, So do I need to provide old passport as well, or only current valid is sufficient? also bio-pages of both passports, or all pages of both? or all pages of old with bio-pages of current? Same case with my wife, so please advice.

Thanks again!

Any one please...!

1. Single PCC if it's not address specific. If PCC you have is address specific den you need PCC for each address you have mentioned under address history.

2. As long as it's CIC panel physician you can medical from anywhere.

3. No idea never been to Pakistan.

4. Passport - Bio pages and stamps as per instruction.

5. Only Current and valid passport pages.

Thanks @Batman for precised response.
Would appreciate, if you provide insights upon this point as well:

So no issue while creating express entry profile by filling work-experience with GAPS (not gaps actually, but with other jobs for which I am not gaining points, but will mention in personal history?

Not a problem, it is not required to be contiguous, as long as you mention everything in your personal history.

Bravo jes_ON, thanks that comforting to know, would appreciate, if you please enlighten me about PCC as per my scenario, as posted on other posts as well, details as under:

OK so One PCC I can get from my home town for entire period since 18th birthday till now, and also my CNIC (Pakistani ID Card and Passport Record contain both present and permanent address of my home-town).

Now, Please advice me what I should do regarding Address history in EE profile, and for PCC, below is my detailed scenario:
  • 2005-2008: Karachi (was doing Job, not getting points for that job, but will mention that job in personal history. also no record on my CNIC and passport about that address in Karachi)...Should I mention it in my Address History in EE Profile?
  • 2008-2012: Islamabad (pursued M.Phill and Job from there, I will gain points for that job but still no record of that address in my CNIC and passport. Should I mention it in my Address History in EE Profile?

Now should I get one PCC only from my home-town, covering one address? as People here telling me, PCC is being issued city-based, and not covers multiple addresses. So, What I am supposed to do?

As in Address History, I would be mentioning above addresses, though no record on my CNIC and passport about those addresses, as always present and permanent are of home-town. But, if I mention all these addresses, then PCC would contain only one address (i.e. my hometown).

Sorry again, It seems this all is messed up now, and I really stressed now, same situation with my wife, she also had been to multiple cities (education/job, etc), now what you advice after realizing my scenario...

Sorry, I have no experience with Pakistan. I can tell you is there is supposed to be one PCC that covers your entire time in the country since the age of 18, regardless of address or location. It appears that does not exist in Pakistan, so ... I'm sure there are discussion threads for applicants from Pakistan, search the forum and see what they recommend.

Dear all, i did my medical exmas on Nov 8, 2016 as ITA was received on 2 Nov. But the application is now cancelled as incomplete.

Im waiting to be invited again, how long will the medical be valid for? 6 months or a year?

if 6 months, does it mean i need to submit my application by April 8, 2017?

Or is it better/safer that i take another medical after ITA??

Sorry asking so many questions, just want to make sure.
