Medical Passed without Medical Request

24 October: On Webform asked why isn't my application or medical status changing from 2 months.
3 November: Email on the webform enquiry to send the Medical sheet
4 November: Sent sheet through webform
18 November: Medical Passed

I asked them why wasn't my medical information being updated after 2 months and I didn't get any medical request. Is this an issue?

How is it different as i didn't get any medical request and i had to ask them why isn't it updated and sent them through webform.
