Medical passed in Visit Visa

Hello. I have been looking for a thread that answer this for weeks but did not get.

I have 2 applications in progress
1. Visit visa
Timeline: Submission 30 September 2023
Biometrics: 3 October 2023
Biometrics completed 10 October 2023

2. SOWP
Timeline: Upfront Medical 17 December 2023
Submission 24 December 2023
Biometrics update: 27 December 2023

For both Applications Background in progress and Eligibility not started (Tracker and GCKey)

However I got Medical Passed in Visit Visa on 3rd January 2024 GCKey and showed completed in tracker BUT it is not reflecting in SOWP application (GCKey and Tracker).

I noticed Destination in Tracker for both now Unspecified but there was location in one previously.

What is the implication of these timeline?
