I realize this questions has been asked but its hard to know whats right, especially cause there are multiple people answering from different countries.
If anyone is in the same position as my husband. American citizian in Florida, i am sponsoring him, outland application: could you please help?

I called the DMP in Florida and the lady seemed really helpful. She told me to send the application in and then when the medical is required they will send us a form to then go for the exam. I realize the application says to submit when you submit the whole package but i also understand there is an expiry date for the medical.

Getting the medical done wont take long but im not sure whos instructions to follow.

Its seems obvious to follow the applications rules but i also understand the dmp point in that the medical exams could expire.

Any advise would be comforting.

Thanks

She is wrong, you need to have the medical done BEFORE you file the application. You have to include the form in your application.

Either A CIC may send your application back as incomplete or it could delay your application for months if its not done before hand....HAVE to do it before sending the application in....

Many DMPs seem only to ready the information in their handbooks as it relates to Skilled Worker applications! ::)

Spousal applicants are required to submit a completed medical form WITH their application.
